Berkeley have submitted an outline planning application for ‘Lillibrooke’ which sets out proposals for the development of this land east of Woodlands Avenue to deliver new homes, open spaces, sports facilities and enhanced nature.

The land East of Woodlands Park Avenue and north of Woodlands Business Park is allocated in the adopted Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Local Plan as an area for the development of new homes, sports facilities and public open spaces. The western half of the site has been removed from the Green Belt and will be used for the new homes.

A Stakeholder Masterplan Document (SMD) has been prepared for the site and was shaped by inputs from the Community Liaison Group and feedback from the local community. It was submitted to the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Council in 2022 and approved by the Council Cabinet in January 2023.

Since June last year Berkeley has been conducting extensive engagement with local residents and community leaders. An outline planning application for the Lillibrooke development was submitted in March 2023. Thank you to everyone who provided feedback during the public consultations and who attended any of the public events.
